World Shotokan Karate Federation - Nigeria

Sensei Bobby Bamgboye began his karate journey in 1978, building a lifetime of practice shaped by discipline, humility, and a deep respect for the traditions of Shotokan Karate. His leadership has played a major role in strengthening the WSKF community throughout Nigeria.

He serves in key leadership roles:
• Vice President of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation
• Chief Instructor of WSKF Nigeria

In August 2023, Sensei Bobby received his 7th Dan, recognising decades of dedicated training, teaching, and service to karate both in Nigeria and internationally.

His personal motto reflects a lifetime of wisdom earned through practice:  “Apply Karate’s Way to everything. This is where its beauty lies.”

Through his guidance, WSKF Nigeria continues to grow with strong technical standards, traditional values, and a clear vision for the future.
