About World Shotokan Karate Federation (WSKF) - Jindokai Australia

Founded and led by Sensei Dion Risborg (5th Dan), WSKF Jindokai Australia is an Authorised Branch of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation (Japan).

Jindokai represents more than four decades of dedication to authentic Shotokan Karate — blending technical precision, community engagement, and deep respect for the traditions of budo.

Through National Seminars and Tournaments, WSKF Jindokai Australia continues to honour the philosophy of Karate-Do as a Way of Life — a lifelong pursuit of self-improvement, discipline, and unity through training.

We uphold the technical and spiritual legacy of our direct Shotokan lineage.

Our organisation operates within the WSKF international family, promoting authentic Japanese Shotokan Karate throughout Australia.
