World Shotokan Karate Federation - England

A respected Shihankai member and Chief Instructor of WSKF England, Sensei Mitsuoka began her Shotokan journey in 1966, at a time when few women trained in Japan. Through unwavering discipline and spirit, she rose to become one of the most senior female instructors in the WSKF worldwide.

Present at the formation of the WSKF in 1990 — alongside Shihan Hitoshi Kasuya and Master Kamiyanagi — Sensei Mitsuoka continues to guide students with humility, strength, and a lifelong devotion to karate-do.
